THE HUMAN SIDE OF WORK

PEOPLE. CONNECTION. CULTURE. CARE.Ā

Workplaces have become increasingly complex. We have frameworks, policies, strategies and systems designed to support people, but sometimes we can lose sight of the fundamentals.

People need connection. They need to belong. They need purpose, relationships and support. They need to know how to look after themselves, how to ask for help and how to show up for others.

The Human Side of Work brings the conversation back to those fundamentals.

The Experience

This four-hour facilitated workshop gives teams the time and space to explore the fundamentals that influence how people experience work — their wellbeing, relationships, sense of belonging, purpose and ability to seek and provide support.

Through honest conversation, practical activities, reflection and real-world scenarios, participants build the confidence and skills to communicate, connect and care for themselves and the people around them.

Together, we explore People, Connection, Culture and Care — creating a shared understanding of what helps people feel well, connected and supported, and what each of us can do to contribute to a stronger culture.

The result is a team better equipped to have the conversations that matter, recognise when someone may be struggling, and create the everyday conditions where people don't have to carry stress, overwhelm, loneliness or challenges to their wellbeing alone.

THE FUNDAMENTALSĀ

These are the simple human fundamentals at the heart of stronger teams and healthier workplace cultures. Throughout the experience, we explore what each means in practice — and how they come together to create a stronger Community of Care.
